Essential Qualifications:
- Valid special education teaching certification
- Experience developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Demonstrated skill in adapting instruction to diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small group instruction tailored to students’ unique abilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with all regulations
- Work closely with general education teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
- Utilize evidence-based strategies and accommodations for learners with disabilities
- Track student progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance with school policies
