ALG Labels and Graphics is the largest of the three label and tag companies. We are currently seeking to hire a Customer Service Professional 1. This position is full-time with full company benefits. You will be working in an office environment based in a manufacturing facility. As a Customer Service Professional 1 you will be providing outstanding customer service to internal and external customers while performing order entry, clerical duties and support for the manufacture of custom labels and decals.

SUMMARY : Provides customer service for the manufacturer of custom labels and decals including releases, order entry, some estimating, and interactions with external/internal customers to coordinate production, problem resolution, and special requests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inventory releases and replenishment per program parameters
• Order entry for all production processes (repeat/replenishment jobs)
• Support all customer-requested functions - ASN, customer portal entries, delivery confirmations, etc.
• Front Desk Receptionist duties
• Administrative duties for office operations
• Project positive and professional behavior/attitude to internal and external customers.
• Communicate extensively, in a timely manner, with both internal and external customers.
• Document appropriate actions and activities related to both internal and external customers.
• Exhibit professional and personal integrity to customers and employees.
• Adhere to the highest possible quality standards in every aspect
• Respond timely & appropriately to both internal and external customers.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years work experience in customer service, account management, sales or relative experience.
• Work experience in printing, manufacturing, or technical company preferred.
• Servant mentality, positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills (Both Verbal and Written)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to review and check own work for errors.
• Good decision-making skills when analyzing information.
• Excellent computer skills including all Microsoft Office products.
• Work with limited supervision takes the initiative to assist others.
