Responsible for guiding the successful implementation of an integrated business solution, effectively applying Oracle's methodologies and policies while adhering to contractual obligations, minimizing Oracle's risk and exposure. As a thought leader and trusted advisor, effectively influences decisions at the leadership level of customer organizations. Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle's solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge. As a position of professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of technology. Exercises creativity and independent judgment in identifying and resolving major issues and risks impacting project success. **Responsibilities** **Basic Qualifications** + At least 6-10 years of total combined higher education and related work experience **Preferred Qualifications** + At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience + At least 1 year people management, matrix management, project management or other indirect leadership work experience + Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience **Expectations** + Must be willing to travel up to 0-25% + Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations + Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position + Perform other responsibilities as assigned **Responsibilities** + Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for effective project delivery on small to medium engagements. + Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility. + Accountable for monitoring adherence to scope / contractual delivery and financial commitments in accordance with the contract language + Manages the scope of medium sized technical projects including the recovery of remedial projects + Works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations. + Accountable for task order financials, manages forecast to actual variances in alignment with KPI targets + Ensures customer deliverables are high-quality, complete and acceptable to the client + Provides direction and mentoring to project delivery teams. + Enables business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities, including contract modifications and extensions + Work with VA Contracting Officer for timely invoice processing + Manage and monitor Work at Risk Approvals + Initiate and manage 3 rd party supplier contracts + Proactively manage risks and issues, including externalization to VA + Monitor project plan/ Integrated Master Schedule and ensure alignment with project progress. + Lead Monthly Performance Management meetings with the client + Maintain strong client relationships with VA counterparts + Lead internal Project Management Reviews (PMRs) for assigned task order(s) and execute Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) Disclaimer: **Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.** **Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only** US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following: 1. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours. 11. Paid parental leave 12.
