What You’ll Be Doing

1. Manage patient billing, collections, and reimbursement processes
2. Work claims from submission through resolution (Medicare, Medicaid, insurance)
3. Identify and resolve billing issues, denials, and aging accounts
4. Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting
5. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure clean claims and timely payments
6. Provide day-to-day support and guidance to business office staff
7. Assist in overseeing business office operations and workflows

✅ What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of experience in healthcare billing, collections, or business office operations (required)
2. Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance claims
3. Experience with AR follow-up, denials, and revenue cycle processes
4. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and support team operations
6. Leadership potential or prior experience supervising staff preferred
7. SNF or post-acute experience preferred
