We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily front office operations in Huntsville, Alabama. This is a short-term contract position suited for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling a variety of clerical and customer-facing tasks. The ideal candidate will help maintain efficient office workflows while providing attentive assistance over the phone and in person.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administrative activities to keep office operations organized and running smoothly.

• Receive and direct inbound calls effectively, ensuring messages and inquiries reach the appropriate contacts.

• Welcome visitors and provide front desk support in a courteous and efficient manner.

• Enter, update, and maintain records accurately within office systems and databases.

• Prepare routine documents, reports, and correspondence to support administrative needs.

• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and general office communications as needed.

• Support clerical processes related to staffing or assignment coordination when required.

• Experience providing administrative support in an office, front desk, or receptionist capacity.
• Ability to handle inbound phone communication professionally and efficiently.
• Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and detail.
• Proficiency with standard administrative office practices and basic computer systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
