Architect (25 Years Experience)
Creature is seeking an ambitious early-career Architect to join our integrated design team and help evolve the future of building. This role is ideal for a designer who wants to break from the constraints of traditional architecture and directly shape how buildings are imagined, delivered, and experienced.

Youll contribute to projects from initial concepts through all phases of designworking across healthcare, mixed-use, and modular typologies. As part of a vertically integrated platform, youll collaborate with Precon, Field, and MEP teams in real time, gaining hands-on exposure to construction realities and seeing your work come to life with unmatched speed and quality.

What Youll Do

• Generate thoughtful, buildable design solutions from schematic design through CD sets
• Visualize ideas in Revit, Lumion, and physical mockups
• Translate client goals into clear design narratives and technical drawings
• Participate in site adapt, entitlement, and modular integration workflows
• Own deliverables on multiple concurrent projects with rigor and creativity
• Collaborate closely with our internal trades, PMs, and fabrication teams to reduce waste and improve outcomes
• Collaborate closely with consulting engineering teams
• Refine your architectural judgment while operating inside a living production system

Who You Are

• 25 years of professional architecture experience
• Proficient in Revit; Lumion, Enscape, or Rhino a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Curious, coachable, and committed to continuous improvement
• Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture
• Degree in Architecture required; licensure in progress or completed preferred
• Healthcare, modular, or design-build experience a plus
