This travel assignment will place you in a dynamic cardiovascular operating room environment, working alongside experienced clinical teams and collaborating with local leadership. You’ll encounter diverse strategies in patient care delivery and have the chance to learn from multiple hospital settings, as floating between units and locations is a part of the role. Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, 5x8-hour shifts—totaling 40 hours a week
• Required holiday coverage as scheduled
• Every other weekend shift

Essential Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Nursing (minimum)
• Active Registered Nurse license for Alabama or Compact State (no temporary licenses accepted)
• AHA BLS and AHA ACLS (or equivalent Red Cross certifications)
• At least 18 months of nursing experience, including 1 year of recent CVOR specialty background
• Willingness to circulate and float to other units/facilities as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with professional standards
• Cultivate therapeutic relationships with patients and their families
• Exhibit clinical leadership—delegate, supervise, and support LPNs, PCAs, US, Ortho Techs, and other non-licensed personnel
• Coordinate and manage care effectively across multidisciplinary teams
