As Spa Assistant Director, you will serve as a key operational partner in ensuring the spa consistently exceeds guest expectations while meeting performance goals. From overseeing daily operations and supporting team development to enhancing guest engagement and driving retail and service success, your leadership will help uphold the Grand’s reputation as a premier destination for relaxation and renewal.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Leadership: Support the Spa Director in overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.
• Team Support & Development: Assist in hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating spa associates while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Guest Experience Excellence: Engage with guests to gather feedback, resolve concerns, and identify opportunities to enhance services and satisfaction.
• Inventory & Facility Oversight: Manage spa supplies and equipment, maintain cleanliness standards, and coordinate preventative maintenance to keep facilities operating at peak performance.
• Sales & Revenue Support: Assist with retail strategy, promotions, upselling initiatives, and incentive programs to drive revenue and guest engagement.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Spa Director on budgeting, forecasting, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements while staying informed on industry trends and innovations.

Requirements:
• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: Previous spa or hospitality leadership experience required; management experience strongly preferred.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks involving bending and reaching.
