Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: Tues-Thurs 9:30am-7:00pm and Friday 7:00am-7:00pm

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Travel MRI Technologist for an 8-week assignment in Huntsville, Alabama. The ideal candidate will be proficient in performing high-quality MRI procedures in a fast-paced acute care environment while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and comfort.

• Operate MRI scanners to obtain high-quality diagnostic images per physician orders

• Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring safety and comfort

• Assess image quality and collaborate with radiologists for accurate interpretation

• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to documentation protocols

• Follow hospital policies, safety guidelines, and HIPAA compliance

• Coordinate with radiologists, physicians, and the broader care team

• Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of MRI equipment and imaging suites

• ARRT (MR) certification – Required

• Minimum 1–2 years of MRI experience in a hospital or clinical setting

• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)

• Experience with GE or Siemens MRI systems – Preferred

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient care skills

• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, team-based environment
