Customer Relationship Specialist
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative  to join our growing insurance team. This individual will play a key role in supporting clients, maintaining strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service throughout the customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist clients with policy questions, billing inquiries, coverage explanations, and account updates
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and documentation requests
- Support agents with administrative tasks and client follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in agency systems
- Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Stay informed on agency products, procedures, and insurance guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems preferred
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset
- Insurance license preferred but not required (training available depending on agency)
