Pay Rate: $15.24 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by following site-specific access procedures, credential verification steps, and emergency response protocols at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and deliveries in accordance with site policies.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing pedestrian and vehicle traffic, communicating access requirements, and reporting suspicious, unusual, and/or policy-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting access control issues, gate activity, lighting concerns, and other security-related conditions that may need attention.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
