Certified Maintenance Technician– Pelham, AL 35124

Pay: $22/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Assignment Type: Contract to Hire

Job Description

• To perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
• To complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• To support unit turns and basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance tasks
• To maintain safety and cleanliness across the property

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Pay

• $22/hr, based on experience
• Contract‑to‑hire

Required Skills

• EPA Type II or Universal certification
• Strong HVAC knowledge
• Ability to complete general repairs independently
