Operations Manager
This company has been around for many years and supplies very stable industries with the chemicals they need - this plant is about 10 people and is in need of a leader. This person will have overall responsibility for this site and this role reports to a regional manager. Travel will be minimal. Minimum Requirements: Leadership background is important - should have previous management experience Must be out of chemicals, ideally chemical distribution or something along those lines Previous PSM (process safety management) experience is a huge plus Must understand DOT/TCEQ regulations
