Join our team as an Assistant Sales Manager and help oversee the daily operations of our new and used vehicle sales departments. You'll play a key role in managing and motivating our sales team, ensuring they meet monthly goals and deliver outstanding customer service. Assist with recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, as well as inventory management and budgeting. This is a great opportunity to support a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the dealership in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in training, motivating, and evaluating sales staff.
Help manage staffing, budgeting, and forecasting goals.
Support salespeople in achieving targets and closing deals.
Ensure dealership policies are followed and foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
Maintain strong administrative and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle basic math and reporting tasks.
Proven problem-solving and reasoning ability.
