3rd Shift Production Coach

As the 3rd Shift Production Coach at our Auburn, Alabama site, you will perform the daily operations of the plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. You will execute standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines.

This role supports the 3rd Shift (Sunday night - Friday morning)

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coach / Manage the 3rd shift Team that includes DMLM Leap Backend End model line and the 9X Mixed model line
• Manage a team of 12 to 15 associates
• Contribute to the Business SQDIP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Improvement, Productivity) KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
• Ensure discipline and productivity of each team member
• Ensure vouchering and working time are correct for correct pay role
• Execute production according to the appropriate instructions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a people leader role and /or manufacturing)
