Responsibilities- Answer the phone promptly for all new business opportunities (live transfer leads come through daily)
- Efficiently work through systems to quote and close business
- Have a confident understanding of underwriting guidelines to give clients the best experience
- Work all leads to the fullest extent: follow-up processes within our lead management system are to be followed consistently
- Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Perfect compliance with all Allstate and Bo Cochran Agency guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Meet all daily and monthly activity requirements that support your success
- Attend all office meetings to plan growth and address any concerns, and provide updates.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and team player attitude.
- Career-minded vision.
- Driven and goal-oriented individual.
- Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Prior Allstate experience preferred.
