Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Associate (Lead Generation) to help expand our client base and support our sales team. This role provides hands-on experience in marketing, lead generation, and customer communication within a professional insurance agency. The primary responsibility of this position is to generate and qualify leads , schedule appointments for licensed team members, and support outreach campaigns that help grow the agency. This role is ideal for college students, recent graduates, or individuals interested in a future career in sales, marketing, or financial services . High performers may have the opportunity to transition into a licensed insurance sales position within our agency. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our agency and services
- Generate and qualify leads for our licensed insurance team
- Schedule appointments for coverage reviews and insurance quotes
- Follow up with previous prospects, quotes, and marketing leads
- Assist with referral and customer outreach campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system
- Support the sales team in achieving weekly and monthly growth goals
- Learn the fundamentals of insurance and how we help protect customers
- Answer calls and direct as needed
