Dip Spin Operator 2nd Shift Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $19.32 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 05:00pm to 05:00am )

• Operate and monitor Dip Spin equipment to apply ceramic coatings to parts.
• Inspect coated parts throughout the shift to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform basic equipment checks, maintenance, and documentation of production activity.
• Label, handle, load, and unload parts while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Dip Spin Operator 2nd Shift Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and perform basic maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Strong attention to detail, visual accuracy, and commitment to consistent quality checks.
• Ability to stand 10–12 hours, perform repetitive motions, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Manufacturing, assembly, or machine?operation experience preferred but no formal education requirement listed.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to starting.
