As a Security Officer - Defense Site Patrol - Part Time in Tallassee, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will play a crucial role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout the premises. Your presence and attention to detail will help to maintain a secure environment for all personnel, visitors, and assets. You will be the first point of contact for those on site, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while addressing any security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within the aerospace and defense location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document and report any security-related incidents or observations in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Work collaboratively with client staff and Allied Universal team members to maintain a professional presence and address site-specific needs.
• Remain alert to the unique requirements of an aerospace and defense location, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
