An exciting part-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a school district eager to build a strong behavioral support network. This contract role is ideal for individuals who thrive in innovative environments and enjoy crafting new processes from the ground up.

You will be the first BCBA to work with this district, playing a key role in developing foundational behavior analysis services alongside a team of newly employed Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The district is committed to providing high-quality supervision for their staff and you’ll partner with leadership to establish effective systems tailored to the unique needs of students and educators.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials required
• Previous experience in a school setting or with supervising RBTs is strongly preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with instructional staff, administration, and new behavioral support teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable developing new protocols and providing mentorship to emerging RBTs

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the district’s first BCBA and provide foundational support for behavioral services
• Oversee and supervise RBTs to ensure implementation fidelity and best practices
• Collaborate with the director, with an initial planning meeting scheduled for Aug 10th to establish caseload and workflow
• Tailor behavioral programs and support strategies to meet the district’s needs
• Document interventions and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders
