Stivers Ford in TROY, AL has immediate openings for Service Technicians. We provide Specialty OEM tools, with factory training. Applicants will need to provide their own basic tools required to meet techs skill set.

Job Description:

Perform electrical, mechanical and diagnostic procedures on most vehicle makes and models.

Assist service managers and estimators in providing documentation for any mechanical or electronic repairs services needed.

Perform bumper to bumper mechanical and electrical repairs.

Developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships through the use of our company Core Values and Brand Promise.

Qualifications and Skills:

2 years+ of automotive repair experience ,preferred but not required

Thorough focus and understanding of inspection-based services and repairs

Excellent customer relations and communication skills

Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction

Ability to work independently and effectively perform maintenance and repairs

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.

All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drugs test, and have valid driver’s license

Proficient use of a variety of automotive service and diagnostic equipment.

Possess and display a strong and healthy work ethic.

Time Management Skills.

Detailed Oriented. Outgoing and social personality a plus.

Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record.
