Bilingual Receptionist Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 to $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00am )
- Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and greet clients in both
- English and Spanish Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist customers with basic inquiries and payments
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents for agents
- Support the office by maintaining an organized reception area and assisting team members as needed
- Provide friendly, professional customer service as the first point of contact for clients
Bilingual Receptionist Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required
- Prior customer service or receptionist/admin experience preferred (call center experience is a plus)
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office) and strong organizational/multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and accurately
- Must pass a background check and drug screen (no specific degree requirement listed)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
