We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at our SmartStyle Salon in Guntersville, AL!

The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our salon. Your expertise in various styling techniques and ability to connect with clients will help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and salon environment.
• Engage with clients at the front desk, managing appointments and providing excellent customer service.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, products, and techniques to provide clients with modern options.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within a salon environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
