As a Security Officer Patrol with Active Clearance in Huntsville, AL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This role offers the chance to support critical operations while working with an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify conditions that may require follow-up.
• Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for employees, visitors, and contractors in accordance with site protocols and security-related requirements.
• Document daily activities, patrol findings, and incident details in written reports, and support investigations by providing accurate information and/or relevant observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
