• Facility: 8 operatories (expandable to 12).
• Patient Base: Primarily PPO with a strong community reputation; 50+ new patients per month.
• Technology: Fully digital office featuring CBCT, CEREC (same-day crowns), 3D printers, and digital X-rays.
• Clinical Scope: Fully guided implant placement, endodontics, oral surgery, and advanced restorative cases with in-house stain and glaze.
• Volume: $1.6M annual collections with significant room for an Associate Dentist to exceed $40k–$50k in monthly collections.
• Schedule:  Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM; 1 Saturday morning every other month

The Role 

We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to take over an existing patient base from an associate who is stepping back from dentistry. You will have the clinical autonomy to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Salary & Benefits

This position offers a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward a dedicated Associate Dentist .

• Pay: 30% of collections with an initial daily guarantee.
• No Lab Fees: 100% covered by the practice.
• Benefits: Health insurance with stipend toward premiums, Simple IRA with employer match, CE stipend, paid malpractice

Requirements

The ideal Associate Dentist candidate values “patient over profit” and possesses strong communication skills to effectively explain treatment needs.

• Experience: Preference for 1–2 years of experience or GPR; high-potential new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Clinical Interest: Proficiency or a strong desire to learn advanced procedures including endodontics, implant placement.
• Licensure: Must hold an active Alabama Dental License.
