What You'll Do

You'll help individuals and families understand their benefit options and confidently choose coverage that fits their needs.

Your responsibilities include:

• Meet with clients in person or virtually

• Learn about each family's goals and priorities

• Explain life and supplemental health benefit options in simple, easy-to-understand language

• Complete applications accurately and efficiently

• Follow up after enrollment to answer questions and provide ongoing support

• Build long-term client relationships through outstanding service

No. This is a performance-based opportunity where earnings are tied to client appointments, enrollments, follow-up, and long-term client retention, rather than a fixed hourly schedule.

Is this remote?

You'll begin working in person during onboarding and licensing. A remote option is available after those milestones are completed.
