Expert knowledge of a specialty or professional field and strong business acumen. Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts. Works on the most complex and unique issues requiring in-depth evaluation to generate solutions to business problems. Exercises significant latitude in determining and executing objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Acts independently toward general results. The selected candidate will respond to requests from the product team to facilitate new product launches and extend existing offerings. As a Senior Lead Technical Process Architect, they will leverage customer experience insights and system architecture expertise to design business processes that consistently exceed the expectations of both customers and operational teams. **_This job is_** **_not_** **_available to applicants who will require visa sponsorship (examples: H-1B, L1, OPT, F-1, TN, etc.)_** **The Main Responsibilities** + Enhances the alignment between business processes and information technology + Responsible for actively resolving day-to-day technology needs of the business unit with a focus on the analysis of processes-dissecting problems and suggesting solutions + Includes complex systems process analysis, design and simulation + Understands technical problems and solutions in relation to the current, as well as the future business environment + Suggests plans to integrate new and existing processes + Provides input and supports planning and prioritization for business process engineering related activities + Develops the business unit process engineering plan and integrates plan with corporate plan + Participates in continuous review and update to ensure that processes meet changing business unit conditions + Identifies processes for improvement + Documents existing processes + Identifies and analyzes gaps between current processes and the desired stated + Designs new processes + Develops process performance measures and plans the transition to a new process + Provides counsel and leadership on future use of technology and business process improvements **What We Look For in a Candidate** + Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience. Typically 10+ years related experience. + 8+ years related experience with Masters degree preferred. + Proficiency in tools and methodologies like BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma or other process mapping techniques to design and document workflows. + Capability to diagnose process bottlenecks, redundancies, or risks and develop innovative solutions. + Ability to align processes with long-term business goals, anticipating, future needs and scalability + Flexibility to navigate evolving business environments, technologies and stakeholder priorities. **Compensation** This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors. Location Based Pay Ranges: $129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
