Comfort Services LLC is looking for an organized, professional, and experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team on the Gulf Coast!
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC service calls
- Coordinate technicians and daily routes
- Communicate with customers regarding appointments and updates
- Manage incoming phone calls and service requests
- Maintain accurate records and work orders
- Help keep operations running smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous dispatching or service industry experience preferred
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Dependable and detail-oriented
