Key Qualifications:

• Valid SLP state license and Educator Certificate required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is desirable
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work onsite full-time and manage a diverse elementary caseload
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families

Role Highlights:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to approximately 50 elementary students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to address student needs
• Collaborate with school teams, including teachers and support staff, to ensure holistic care and support strategies
• Maintain thorough records of student progress and engage in data-driven decision-making
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide educational support to staff and families regarding speech-language development
• Work onsite Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM, following the academic calendar
