Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) Read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings Apply metrology principles to verify part dimensions and tolerances Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues in real-time Document inspection results and maintain accurate records Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in aerospace or advanced manufacturing quality inspection Strong metrology skills and familiarity with GD&T Proficient in reading and interpreting technical prints Comfortable working on the production floor alongside assemblers High attention to detail and commitment to quality No degree required—experience and skillset are what matter most

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $34.50/hr.
