Baldwin County, AL: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Patient Services Clerk for a confidential client in the healthcare industry. This role supports front-line patient care operations by managing appointment scheduling, record keeping, and customer service in a clinical environment.

Essential Duties:
• Schedule patient appointments and manage appointment calendars
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records
• Clean and prepare exam rooms for patient use as needed
• Answer phone calls and provide customer service to patients

Requirements/Skills:
• Ability to accurately enter patient data and manage medical records
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients who may be in discomfort
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand/sit for extended periods and assist with patient mobility
• Capable of lifting and carrying medical supplies and equipment as needed
