What You'll Do

As a Funding Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring vehicle loans are funded accurately and on time by:

• Reviewing loan and funding documents for accuracy and completeness
• Verifying contracts meet underwriting and compliance requirements
• Communicating with dealerships, customers, and internal teams
• Resolving documentation discrepancies and funding conditions
• Processing loan funding transactions with speed and accuracy
• Entering and maintaining accurate loan data
• Monitoring funding pipelines and meeting daily deadlines
• Providing exceptional customer and dealer support
• Managing high-volume phone calls and email communications
• Supporting continuous process improvements and team success

We're Looking for Someone Who Has

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate Degree preferred)
• 2+ years of banking, lending, finance, or financial services experience preferred
• Consumer lending or indirect auto lending experience is a plus
• Proven track record of commitment and dependability
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently while being a dependable team player

Occasional overtime and some Saturdays may be required during month-end and peak funding periods.
