Responsibilities
- Guest Interaction: Welcome guests, seat them, present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
- Order Management: Take accurate orders, enter them into the POS system, and communicate with kitchen/bar staff.
- Service Delivery: Deliver food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation and accuracy.
- Table Maintenance: Clear used dishes, refill drinks, clean spills, and reset tables efficiently.
- Payment Processing: Present bills, process payments (cash, card), and handle transactions.
- Teamwork & Support: Assist colleagues, run food for other servers, and help with closing duties.
- Menu Knowledge: Memorize the menu, including specials, ingredients, and potential allergens.
