HORECA Account Manager (Hotels)
Tagaddod is a leading waste management technology platform dedicated to promoting sustainability through innovative solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HORECA Account Manager to join our team and focus on the hotel sector. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and developing relationships with key clients in the hospitality industry, driving sales growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients, including hotels and resorts.
Identify client needs and provide tailored waste management solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Achieve set sales targets and contribute to overall growth objectives.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders regarding account performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep our offerings competitive.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, preferably within the HORECA sector.
- Strong track record in sales and relationship management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
