Job Description:
The Room Attendant performs a variety of cleaning activities such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing the rooms assigned, changing the dirty linen, replenishing the guestroom and bath supplies on, taking out the trash from the rooms, etc. Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies.
Responsibilities:
· Cleans and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
· Dusts the room and furniture
· Replenishes guestroom and bath supplies
· Cleans the bathroom
· Cleans the closet
· Vacuums and racks the carpet
· Checks and secures the rooms
· Replenishes amenities according to the operation standards
· Delivers and retrieve items on loan to guests, e.g., iron and ironing boards
· Clean the bathroom / bedroom / hallway from the floor.
· Inspect the condition of bathrobes and replace dirty / damaged ones
· Replace laundry bags and slips
· Ensures security of guest rooms and privacy of guests
· Ensures a high level of customer service is always performed
· Assists guests with requests and questions as necessary
· Reports any damages or repairs needed to management
· Reports all lost and found items to management

Descripción del trabajo:
La Camarera de Piso realiza una variedad de actividades de limpieza como pasar la aspiradora, trapear, quitar el polvo y lustrar las habitaciones asignadas, cambiar la ropa sucia, reabastecer la habitación y los suministros de baño, sacar la basura de las habitaciones, etc. Asegura que todas las habitaciones estén limpias e inspeccionadas según las normas. Protege el equipo de trabajo y se asegura de que no haya deficiencias.
Responsabilidades:
• Limpiar y arreglar las habitaciones al estándar del hotel.
• Sacudir el polvo de la habitación y los muebles
• Reponer artículos de habitaciones y baños
• Limpiar el baño
• Limpiar el armario
• Aspirar la alfombra
• Comprobar y asegurar que las habitaciones estén cerradas al finalizar
• Reponer los servicios de acuerdo con las normas de operación
• Entregar y recuperar artículos prestados a los huéspedes, por ejemplo, plancha y tablas de planchar
• Garantizar la seguridad de las habitaciones y la privacidad de los huéspedes
• Limpiar el baño / dormitorio / pasillo del piso.
• Inspeccionar el estado de los albornoces y reemplace los sucios/dañados
• Sustituir las bolsas de lavandería y los resbalones
• Dar un alto nivel de servicio al cliente todo el tiempo.
• Asistir al huésped con pedidos y preguntas como sea necesario.
• Reportar cualquier daño o reparación necesaria al encargado del departamento.
• Reportar objetos perdidos al encargado del departamento.
