As a **Security Guard - Commercial Site - Full Time** in **Montgomery, AL** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities within a commercial real estate location. You will assist in managing communications, supporting patrol teams, and responding promptly to incidents, all while delivering outstanding customer service. **What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and coordinate communications for the location, including receiving and dispatching calls for service or emergencies.
+ Maintain detailed logs and records of all incoming and outgoing communications.
+ Assist with managing access control by monitoring entry and exit points via surveillance systems and/or other monitoring tools.
+ Provide customer service to clients, tenants, and visitors by responding to inquiries and relaying information as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
+ Communicate with Allied Universal supervisors and/or law enforcement as required for incidents or emergencies.
+ Support security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the client location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
