YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Our remote Call Center Sales Representatives work from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday . Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls and providing professional customer service
• Assisting callers however possible, including scheduling/rescheduling appointments, registering new patients, and answering questions about our dental services
• Making outbound phone calls to follow up with patients, provide reminders, and encourage future appointments
• Working with your team to support patient satisfaction and efficient workdays
