In this rewarding role, you will:
- Resolve customer inquiries with care and professionalism
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with retention efforts
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure every customer interaction is positive and seamless
- Anticipate and respond to the evolving needs of the community we serve
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Maintain and update customer records accurately
- Support customer retention strategies to foster loyalty
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction
- Valid P&C and Life & Health License issued by the State of Alabama
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations
