Responsibilities
• Participate in comprehensive training programs to understand company policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist in managing daily operations across different departments, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and support while promoting company products and services.
• Development of new representatives.
• Monitoring daily activity of assigned team.
Requirements
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in outside sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role (preferred, not required)
