Work Location: Redstone Arsenal, Alabama
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday onsite (Regular Full-time)
Travel: Minimal

Position Summary
The Intelligence Analyst III will serve as both a senior analyst and Program Manager, responsible for delivering operational intelligence services and overseeing contract execution. This dual-role position combines leadership and hands-on intelligence analysis, ensuring high-quality support to forensic exploitation and intelligence production efforts for the client and its partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Intelligence Analysts in support of the FBI Laboratory Division.
- Provide operational and tactical intelligence analysis aligned with mission requirements.
- Manage contract performance, deliverables, and communication with government stakeholders.
- Oversee data exploitation and the development of intelligence products.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly status and financial reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project coordination and issue resolution.
- Guide strategic direction of the contract to meet evolving mission needs.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen with active Top Secret/SCI clearance and CI Polygraph.
- Bachelors degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- At least three (3) years of experience conducting intelligence analysis within the U.S. Intelligence Community (USIC).
- Experience with intelligence requirements and collection processes.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently with high levels of responsibility and discretion.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Excellent briefing and technical writing skills
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Read, speak, and understand the English language fluently
- Expert experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools and systems to include Excel, Project, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Complete a security screening interview
- The employee must maintain clearance, eligibility throughout employment.
- Must meet client suitability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in military, law enforcement, or other federal government/non-USIC settings.
- Background in hard sciences or technical disciplines.
- Certified release authority for intelligence product dissemination.
