What You’ll Do

1. Monitor resident health, including vitals and changes in condition
2. Communicate effectively with physicians and leadership
3. Deliver hands-on patient care (treatments, medications, procedures)
4. Educate residents and families while providing compassionate support
5. Supervise and mentor CNAs and NAs
6. Build meaningful relationships with residents

What You’ll Bring

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
2. Strong clinical and communication skills
3. Experience with EMR/documentation systems
4. Graduate of an accredited nursing program
5. Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
