Dedicated Personnel is currently seeking an experienced and strategic Warehouse Manager to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a compelling background in supply chain, logistics, and warehouse supervision, with proven leadership skills to manage teams and optimize processes. This role involves inventory control, overseeing shipping & receiving, & process improvements to support the company's operational goals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

• Manage warehouse staff, including supervising team members and providing training on safety protocols & operational procedures.

• Implement process improvements utilizing principles and continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• Coordinate with procurement, production planning, and logistics teams to align inventory levels with demand planning forecasts.

• Utilize our ERP system (Epicor) for inventory control, warehousing, and operational reporting.

• Manage warehouse safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulations; conduct regular safety audits.

• Oversee freight operations including UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL, & full truck load. Actively work to optimize shipping & receiving processes.

• Ensure effective warehouse distribution strategies are in place to meet customer demands efficiently.

Skills

• Experience in Warehouse Management and operations.

• Basic computer skills with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, etc)

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, procurement, and inventory control.

• Proven supervisory experience, preferable in a warehouse environment, with leadership skills to motivate teams.

• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean and continuous improvement practices.

• Familiarity with ERP systems.

• Ability to develop strategies aligned with production planning and inventory management.

• Skilled in shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and warehouse distribution.

• Knowledge of equipment: including forklift operation certification is preferred.

• Able to lift up to 70 LBS & work comfortably in a warehouse environment.

• Strong analytical skills related to supply chain analytics and logistics optimization. Compensation:

Full-Time: Monday-Friday 7 A.M.->4 P.M. (40 hours per week).
