OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. We Offer:
- Compensation: Up to $67 per session for certified personal trainers.
- Direct Career Track: Opportunity to become a Head Fitness Coach with pay increase.

- Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
- Help members set and achieve goals
- Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they arent
- Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
- Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
- We require an NCCA approved personal training / group fitness certification.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full-body group workout that blends strength, cardio and coaching to help you build muscle and burn fat fast.
