Brand Nest is hiring motivated and professional Call Center Representatives to support customer communication efforts in Birmingham. This in-person role focuses on handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information about services, promotions, and general inquiries.
- Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate when necessary.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
