Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Montgomery, AL, 36117. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality components. Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and production schedules.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
