Theodore, AL : Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including order picking, inventory management, and shipping activities.

Essential Duties

• Pick and prepare orders by sorting labels, pulling materials, packing boxes, and staging shipments for delivery
• Inspect items for damage or defects and ensure accuracy before shipment
• Scan pallets and load trucks for outbound deliveries
• Receive incoming vendor shipments, inspect for damage, label materials, and store inventory appropriately
• Rotate stock and organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and timely processing of stock adjustments
• Ensure warehouse areas, equipment, and floors are kept clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while performing job duties
• Perform additional warehouse or operational duties as assigned

Requirements / Skills

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a warehouse environment
• At least three (3) years of experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, or similar machinery
• Ability to perform tasks with a high level of detail and accuracy, including labeling, picking, receiving, and inventory counting
• Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions in a fast-paced setting

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing between 50 to 75 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
