Maintenance Supervisor
Newbury Residential seeks a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties' maintenance department. This role is pivotal in ensuring all facilities run optimally, maintaining property aesthetics and functional systems to uphold and enhance our residents living experience. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to prevent and solve maintenance issues, lead a team of technicians, and liaise with external contractors, ensuring projects and repairs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
