Job SummaryThe Billing Specialist will perform specialized clerical and administrative duties related to office operations and heavy-duty truck and trailer repair billing. This role is responsible for supporting department managers and employees, assisting with daily office operations, and helping ensure accurate and timely customer billing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team and service personnel
- Ensure accurate and timely billing for completed repair orders and services
- Prepare and send reports to managers as needed
- Maintain billing records, files, and confidential business information
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office 365 for daily tasks and reporting
- Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take accurate messages
- Assist customers with billing questions and direct concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Support daily office operations, including filing, mail distribution, and document management
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and prepare documents or handouts as needed
- Assist with ordering office supplies and miscellaneous office errands
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
- Work closely with management to support a productive and cohesive office team

- Strong accuracy in reviewing billing information and maintaining records

- Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and office procedures
- 35 years of billing or administrative office experience
- Experience in the trucking, fleet, diesel repair, or automotive industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, and Word
- Strong customer service skills
