**Responsibilities**
+ **Leadership** - Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
+ **Communication** - Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
+ **Metrics Mindedness** - Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
+ **Process Orientation** - Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
+ **Teamwork** - Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
+ **Parts Sales & Inventory Management** - Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
+ **Safety & Compliance** - Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
+ **Commercial Account Support** - Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
+ **Problem Solving** - Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.

+ Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail
+ Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
