What Youll Do
- Chase down new business and close deals
- Build your own customer portfolio
- Call carriers daily, negotiate rates, and keep freight moving
- Grow revenue inside existing accounts
- Work with a team that hypes each other up
What You Need
- A big personality and a bigger work ethic
- Confidence on the phone (Not afraid to make meaningful outbound calls daily)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Quick thinking and problemsolving
